I am most in my element when crafting a piece of jewelry that has the power to resonate with the person wearing it.  I have an eye for modern design and my pieces reflect art, architecture and a simple elegance which highlights the natural beauty that surrounds us.

I am a native of Caracas, Venezuela, where I earned my degree in Industrial Design from the Caracas Institute of Design in 1991.  I traveled the following year to the United States, and completed an apprenticeship with internationally-renowned designer Mary Ann Scherr, who is a pioneer in the use of exotic metals in jewelry.

Having sparked a love for using metal in my designs, I continued to work in Mary Ann’s studio, honing my craft and mastering special techniques. During this time, I also studied at North Carolina State University and the Penland School of Crafts under the supervision of talented artists such as Heikki Seppä, Marcia Lewis and Tim McCreight.

Today, each of my pieces is meticulously handcrafted using 14K gold, Sterling silver, titanium and precious and semi-precious stones, including Swarovski crystals. I've also created jewelry using Nappa leather, aluminum, stainless steel and wood. My exclusive designs and limited edition collections can be worn every day or on special occasions, and each piece focuses on craftsmanship and individuality. The pieces are meant to be an extension of the person wearing them.
